  • Day 1 : Arrival In Bodhgaya
    Day 1 : Arrival In Bodhgaya

    Our representative will greet you in Bodhgaya and help you to shift into the hotel. Complete all your formalities, take some rest and get ready to visit the Thai Temple, Bodhi Tree and Mahabodhi Temple. Lots of Buddhist tourists visit Bodhgaya every year and get peace. Here, Gautam Buddha found enlightenment 2500 years before. Mahabodhi temple is a World heritage site listed by UNESCO. The length of this temple is 18 feet and it covers around 4.8 acres. In this temple, you will find a yellow sandstone Buddha statue. There is an ancient Bodhi tree near the Mahabodhi temple, which is renowned for its spiritual significance. In 1956, The Monarch constructed the Thai Temple to support the relationship between Thailand and India. In this temple, you will find a huge Lord Buddha’s statue made of Bronze. You will be amazed to view the splendor of Thai architecture in the exterior and interior of this temple. Stay overnight in the hotel.

  • Day 2 : Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda - Patna
    Day 2 : Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda - Patna

    Your 2nd day of the Golden Triangle of Buddhist Tour will start with having a traditional breakfast and then driving to Patna. You will halt at the ancient Bihar capital, Rajgir on the route. Thereafter, visit Nalanda University, known as amongst the World’s oldest Universities. Continue your Patna journey and check into the hotel in Patna in the evening. Patna, previously known as Pataliputra, is Bihar’s capital that stands on the River Ganga’s bank. Magadha King founded this city in 490 BC. It is assumed that many sermons were delivered by Gautam Buddha at this holy place. You will also find many hot water springs having medicinal properties. Thereafter, you will visit Ajatshatru Fort, built by the Magadh king Ajatshatru. There is also a stupa of the same name in the fort. It is assumed that during the fort’s construction, Lord Buddha stayed here. There is a stupa named Vishwa Shanti Stupa on the top of the Ratnagiri Hill. The architecture of this stupa is marvelous, and it attracts tourists all over the year. It is known that VenuVana, the bamboo forest was gifted to Lord Buddha by Bimbisara. There is a huge water pond in the center where Lord Buddha used to take a bath everyday in the morning. There were cyclopean walls of 40 km that encircle Rajgir. These walls were constructed by Mauryans. You can see the ruins of the cyclopean walls. Then, there is Nalanda University, where Hiuen Tsang, the Chinese traveler, studied.   • Day 3 : Patna - Vaishali - Kushinagar

    Wake up early and enjoy your scrumptious breakfast. Your 3rd day of this tour will take you to Kushinagar. It is around 518km away from Patna. Visit Vaishali on the way which is of religious significance to Hindus. Once you reached Kushinagar, check into the hotel and stay overnight. Lord Buddha achieved Parinirvana in Kushinagar, which is now a pilgrim site for Buddhists. Vaishali is a Hindu's as well as Buddhists’ religious city situated on the Gandak River Banks. Lord Buddha visited Vaishali many times. The magnificent Ashoka Pillar in Vaishali is one of the major tourist attractions. It was built by Kind Ashoka. Stay overnight in Kushinagar.

  • Day 4 : Kushinagar - Varanasi
    Day 4 : Kushinagar - Varanasi

    The 4th day of this tour is scheduled for the Kushinagar sightseeing tour. You will visit the holy Wat Thai Temple and Mahaparinirvana Temple. Mahaparinirvana Stupa is a famous Buddhist temple known as the place where Lord Buddha had taken his last breath. There is a reclining Buddha statue in Mahaparinirvana Temple. The stunning Wat Thai Temple is known for its lush green surroundings and architectural delight. The Buddhist disciples constructed this temple to rejoice the accession to the throne of King Bhumibol. Thereafter, move towards Varanasi by road, which is around 230km away. Once reached, check into the hotel. Stay overnight.

  • Day 5 : Varanasi

    Wake up early and enjoy the boat ride on river Ganga. After having breakfast, visit Sarnath, the holy town of Buddhists. Thereafter, begin the Varanasi sightseeing tour. Explore the beautiful Durga Temple, Banaras Hindu University and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Varanasi boasts of numerous epic temples. Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha delivered a sermon on Dharma. You will observe Dhamekha Stupa and many more Buddhist structures in Sarnath. Then, there is Kashi Vishwanath Temple, known as amongst the holiest Shiva Temples. On Shivratri, there are thousands of devotees that visit this temple. The Durga Temple was built in 18th century. The thousands of devotees offer their prayers and seek blessings on Navratri. Madan Mohan Malviya and Annie Besant built this historic Benaras University in 1916. Overnight stay in Varanasi Hotel.

  • Day 6 : Varanasi - Departure

    After having breakfast, you will move towards the Varanasi airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
