Ruby Holidays is a company solely established in order to promote tourism in India, it aims to provided various aspects of tourist programmer like entertaining tours, adventurous programmer, educational tours, it also arranges programmer like: Bungee jumping, exciting white water rafting, jungle safari tour, sight-seeing, Trekking, mountaineering expedition, domestic and international air ticketing, hotel reservation, Tibet and Bhutan tours, Ultra light aircraft mountain light tour, hiking and mountain biking tours.

Ruby Holidays is equipped with highly qualified and well experienced staff in bearing the potentiality to provide confidential and reliable services to the guest that visit India with the emporiums desire to experience, who consider for guests satisfaction to their ultimate desire.
Likewise, language in considered to be one of the obstacles of traveling, however, the guest don’t have to worry for since the company is equipped with the numbers of tour guides that speak more than a dozen of foreign languages, We have the tour guides speaking-English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese Languages, that the company bears the strength to provide homely and friendly hospitality.
Rules & Regulations
A group, which cosmists of at lest 15 numbers of people who participate in any of programmer or trip jointly and do all the activities together is called a group.
Insurance
Foreign guest are subjected to bear all the responsibilities of insurance on their own while participating in any of the programmer in India through this company, however, the company will remain ready to provide necessary assistance ……… there arises problems.
Responsibility
All the services will be conducted as per the agreement that are signed by the guest and the company management, however, if there arises some unforeseen difficulties while the programmer were being held because of war hostiles, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, quarantine sorts of un predictable incidents and on going programmer are to be stopped wholly or partially in between, that would be understood as problems going out of control of the company that in such circumstances, the company will not be able to return the payment to the guest, likewise, if any of the programmers are to be withdrawn or shortened because of some unforeseen problems like change in flight schedule, delay or cancellation in flights for the guest to go to countries like Tibet, Bhutan, that also considered to be the problem exceeding beyond the control of the company that the company will not be able to return the payment to the guest that it received.
Reservation
Guest willing to receive services from the company will have to collect 50% of the total cost of the programmer as an advance before a month and an half and all the payment before a month with name hits of the guest, in doing so, the guest deserve services from the company in given time.
Tour Land Cost
Tour land cost is inclusive of all the cost of hotel reservation, breakfast, guide, porter, transfer sight-seeing, entrance charges of temples and historical monuments.
Payment and Fees
Guest willing to acquire services through this company will be eligible to receive by collecting the service charge in bank account number below that anyone interested to receive services form the company can sewer his/her seat since payment can be made from any of the countries of the world.
Bookings & Confirmation
Ruby holidays will make tentative hotel / transport/air bookings upon receipt of firm dates and provide the written confirmation. However, such confirmations are not considered to be firm unless we receive an advance payment of 100% before arrival dates – preferably 30 days in case of group.
Cancellation Charges
If informed in writing 30 Days prior to the departure date: No cancellation 15 – 29 Days: 22% of tour cost, 7 – 14 Days: 40% of tour cost. Less than 7 days: 100% of the tour cost.
Disclaimer
Ruby Holidays, acts only as agent for carriers, transport companies, hotels and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages, accidents, change of schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. All the expenses arising from such occurrences will be borne by the client himself/herself.
